To attend you must have a DoD CAC and/or have submitted your clearance by visiting the “Clearance Submission Information” section under the “Registration” tab on the NDIA page.  You must also provide Dr. Greg Power (gregory.j.power.civ@us.navy.mil) your name, rank, title, organization, email address, and phone number to be added to the attendee list.
